Last year I celebrated a “milestone” birthday. What? How can this be? Overall, I feel pretty good, but the work hazards of a writer—too much sitting—has created a few issues. So, my renewed goal is to get healthier, lose some weight, and do more “Dictaphone” writing while I walk. How am I going to keep up with the grandkids and the two-year-old pup and still get on the back of that motorcycle if I don’t get into better shape?
